Possibly the most worrying thing about commissioning a Pet Portrait is the fact that the customer does not know exactly what to expect. "What if I don't like it?"

Let me put your mind at rest!

Firstly, I will inform you straight away if I do not think the photograph (s) you have supplied will give a good result. A good photograph will always result in a good finished Pet Portrait.

Secondly, because I am working digitally, I can make alterations to your Pet Portrait, until you are happy with it. (Fortunately, this usually only requires one attempt to get it just right)

Thirdly, I do not ask for ANY payment up front - after you have approved your Pet Portrait, then I ask for payment before I post it to you by recorded delivery.

Lastly, if you cannot approve the portrait no matter how hard I try then you have lost nothing.
